Our Mission: Chrysalis serves people navigating barriers to the workforce by offering a job-readiness program, individualized supportive services, and paid transitional employment. We empower our clients on their pathway to stability, security, and fulfillment in their work and lives.
Our philosophy is that a steady job is a key step in a person’s transition out of poverty and onto a pathway to self-sufficiency. Chrysalis’ core employment services are designed to meet clients where they are and support them during every phase of their self-directed job search.

1. Engage
Invest in infrastructure and resource needs to ensure Chrysalis is sustainable and inclusive. We will build on our strong foundation with a focus on staff salaries and support, DEI, and resource development.
2. Enhance
Improve programming and increase client income results. We will formalize a hybrid model and focus on career pathways for clients.
3. Expand
Expand services to new regions. Chrysalis will bring transitional job opportunities to the Inland Empire with the potential for further growth across Southern California.
