We have a significant need for workforce development initiatives aimed at training individuals for second responder and environmental cleanup roles. Chrysalis is leading the way by ensuring that current and future workers have access to OSHA training.
The Chrysalis C-CREW training program increases our clients’ economic opportunities while strengthening community resilience in the face of natural disasters.
Certifications obtained by program participants will ensure that our communities have local workers prepared to respond to natural disasters and also opens doors to long-term career opportunities. Job industries of growth that seek workers with OSHA certifications include construction, manufacturing, treatment/storage/disposal (TSD), transportation, and environmental services. Assisting Chrysalis clients in upskilling to become competitive job applicants in growing sectors with family-sustaining wages is key to our mission and central to changing lives through jobs.
