Your tone should be inspirational, empowering, and supportive. Speak directly to your audience with warmth and authenticity. Avoid jargon or overly technical language. Keep it simple and accessible. Focus on stories and messages that highlight our impact and the success of our clients.
Use language that respects the dignity of the individuals Chrysalis serves. Avoid stigmatizing terms and instead use person-first language (e.g., “people experiencing homelessness” instead of “homeless people”).
Content Planning and Scheduling
