Our Venice Community Clean-up event with YPAC was an opportunity to work side-by-side with Chrysalis clients, who over the years have contributed to keeping our communities clean through our transitional jobs program! We worked together to remove stickers and graffiti, pick up litter, and remove weeds in different areas of Venice.
We started the day with a light breakfast and learned from our Chrysalis Works experts on how we keep Venice clean!

Chrysalis Works is one division of our employment social enterprise dedicated to providing transitional employment to clients facing significant barriers to securing a job. This program enables clients to start working quickly, earning a paycheck, and developing essential skills for long-term employment. Each week, over 700 individuals receive a paycheck through jobs in one of our four business lines.
For our upcoming Venice community clean-up, we are excited to partner with Chrysalis Works clients, who are part of the Venice Beach Business Improvement District (“Venice BID”) clean team.
