The Chrysalis Women's Empowerment Program just completed its annual 9-week run with the graduation of 28 female clients. The volunteer-led program is designed for Chrysalis female clients who are working to reenter the workforce and improve their lives. The participants met weekly with volunteer mentors to work on topics, such as job preparation, interview techniques, proper work attire, and stress and money management, all in a fun and supportive environment. The program was recently featured in the Los Angeles Business Journal. See the article here.
